Re: Reinstalling Zeus

Ken. When I attempt to open a program or file with a photograph I am told to
install Zeus.

This the reason for the inquiry.

Your response was not helpful.

Maybe U have a friend who you can run it by who has an idea useful to me.

Thanks

I answered your other post, but I see you've now explained a little
better - very little better - what you are trying to do. You apparently
tried to install a program that has something to do with images called
"Zeus". Perhaps it came with a digital camera, or perhaps you
downloaded it from the Internet. Perhaps it is malware. There really is
no way for anyone not looking at your computer to know what the program
is since Googling for "Zeus image program" brings up several, but not
definitive, links.

Some suggestions for you:

1. Clean up the Windows installer in case you have a failed installation
of Zeus that is preventing you from opening image files.
Clean Up MSI (Windows Installer) -

2. Make sure your computer is virus and malware-free:

3. Consider having a professional computer repair shop look at the
machine. Someone on-site has a better chance of figuring out what is
happening on your machine than people reading your very sketchy posts.

4. I am not trying to insult you by saying your posts are "sketchy".
They are. You have to remember that people provide help based on
information you include in your posts and you have not provided much
information. Sometimes it is hard to know what information a post
should include. Here are some links to help you with crafting a good
newsgroup post:

Malke, you're showing extraordinary patience today. A. Nichol
would be proud of you.

That is one of the very nicest things anyone has ever said to me. Alex
was my hero and I do try to emulate him. I often ask myself "WWAND" as
a guide. I don't always live up to it, but I try.

Thanks again - your comment means so much to me.
