Hi wonder if anyonecan help me my computer is running like treacle there
are no viruses and havent installed any new software i keep getting
messages that my virtual memory is low is there a simple way to increase
this as im not a computer buff im running win/xp home edition any help in
this matter is much appreciated thanks.

What's the amount of memory you have in your system?
If you know on how to change the VM settings, then go for it.
