I also am getting when i try to download windows media player to low have you
found anything out to resolve.

Are you running out of hard disk space?
Have you played around with virtual memory settings?
Go to control panel, double click on the system icon, click on the advanced
tab at the top, click on the button under performance, click on the advanced
tab again, then click on the change button at the bottom. Select system
managed size and click on the set button.

Often, people who's pcs are low on space on drive C: have this problem.
You want at least 10 gig free at all times on C:
