- Remotely Manage Workstation NTFS Permissions
- Posted by Michael K. on March 2nd, 2006
I need to modify the NTFS permissions on a directory on 325 workstations. Is
there a way to modify these permissions remotely? The Domain Users group is
a member of the local Power Users group on all workstations. All domain
controllers are Win2K3.
Any advise is appreciated!!
Michael.

Write yourself a centrally stored batch file to set the desired
permissions, then invoke it by running psexec.exe for each
workstation. You can get this tool from here:
www.sysinternals.com.
