XP has a neat function where if you right-click a picture and choose Send To
Email Recipient, it asks you if you want to resize the image first. I need
the same function in a Win2000 environment. Is there anything that will do
this?

Go to http://picasa.google.com/ and download the free Picasa software. It's
great!
