restore icons on desktop after remote desktop session
Posted by Johan on October 17th, 2005

Hi all...

googled around some to try and find a way to restore the icons on my desktop
after a remote desktop session .... as the work pc logging into my home pc
has a different screen reslution my icons get scattered all over the
place... and i have to manually put them back in their original place....
is there an easy , automated, way ( by means of an applicatio for example )
i can restore the icons to their org. place?

Get Layout.dll from MS... it saves the location of your icons as the default
sort by _____ sort form and the autoarrrange form
