- Restricted Access

When I attempt to access "add or remove program," I get a message that it
has been restricted and to contact the administrator. I am the administrator.
I am attempting to remove a program (McAfee) in order to install another
(NAV 2006). What's the problem?
Need help quickly. Thanks

Open Regedit.exe and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Uninst*all
In the right-pane, delete the "NoAddRemovePrograms" value.
