right click doesnt work on taskbar attached to the START button

right click doesnt work on taskbar attached to the START button: Posted by MGS on October 20th, 2005; HELP!... My right click works for every all other applications and windows,
however, if I right click on the start button as well as the bar where the
windows are opened, I cannot do it...

What can I do?
