- Rollup menus

I just built up a new computer, cannot remember how I turned off those
annoying rollup menus on my other sets.

Sounds like System Properties, Advanced, Performance Settings.

Go to Display properties (either by right-clicking the desktop and choosing
Properties or opening Control Panel > Display) and then hit the Effects
button on the Appearance tab.
