Hi!
When I start my computer the screen resolution is low. It does not matter
how many times I change it and save it. It does always start like that. If I
change it to a higher one it fixes while it is on only, but if I restart it
it gets back to the low resolution. It hapens also when I open the yahoo
messenger or when I close it after signing out.
This started after someone downloded Kazaa. I have uninstaled it but the
problem keeps going.
I have already tryed a lot of things from the help menu but it keeps going.
I need advanced help.
My computer is a HP compaq presario M2000.
Please, if anybody knows what to do help me.

Since "someone" downloaded Kazaa, make sure your computer is 100% virus
and malware-free:

Once you know the machine is really clean, if the problem persists
reinstall your video drivers. Get them from HP/Compaq's tech support
website for your M2000.
