- Scrolling noise when in IE?

I've been having an issue when scrolling in IE. My speakers make a soft
screeching sound when ever I scroll. This happens with the touchpad or my
USB wireless mouse. It does NOT however, happen when I scroll in any other
application, just IE.
Anyone seen this?
