Here is a strange one.

My neighbor can burn cd's on his profile but his wife cannot on her user
profile. She can play cd's on the drive but she gets an error of D: Drive
not accessable when she tries to burn a copy. They have XP SP1 with complete
updates and a Samsung CD-RW drive. Any help will be appreciated.

Was the CD burning software set for all users to access it?
Is there a policy set on the machine that would prohibit her from data
transfer to the CD drive?
