Share drive showing incorrect size
Posted by Matthew Speed on October 18th, 2005

I cross posted this because I don't know if the issue is the server or
the XP client.

My church has a 2003 Small Business Server I support. There is a
shared drive set up that various clients map to. The server tells me
that there are 30 GB of free space on the drice, but on one of the XP
Pro clients that maps to the drive the properties on the drive show a
1 GB total size with 4KB free. If I disconnect and reconnect it still
shows the incorrect info, but if I disconnect and connect to the d$
share on the the system it shows the correct size and free space.

Anyone know how to make the regular share show incorrect info?

TIA
