- Sharing my computer with my dad who only reads Chinese

What are the options available to me if I want to make my windows
interface chinese? I could teach my dad to memorise the steps to open
IE and ask him to just the surf the sites in Chinese, but I think he
would be more comfortable if the menus and such are in his language
too.
I have windows XP Home Edition. Is the MUI just for Windows XP Pro?
