- shortcut keys

Where or how does windows store information on user assigned shortcut
keys. For instance, I have a shortcut key assigned to the various
Office applications that let me quickly open them. I'd like to assign
the same shortcuts to many of the machines in the network with out
having to do it one by one. Is there a registry setting(s) that I can
export and import or a Admin Template setting I can apply?? Thanks
