In a word, no. There's no such thing as a computer program that can
make a subjective judgment like this about the data it processes. The
only "software" that can do anything like that runs between the left and
right ears of the operator.
The late Supreme Court justice Potter Stewart explained it best when he
was once asked to define pornography: "I can't define it, but I know it
when I see it." No computer program yet devised really does, and it's
likely none that ever is devised will.
But I think what you really wanted to ask is whether you can do more to
minimize the chance of your kids happening upon this stuff, by design or
accident, and of course you can. Internet Explorer has content control
built into it (check out your Help and Support for details), although
they're said to be somewhat ineffective, depending as they do upon the
voluntary cooperation of the porners. Your ISP may have some options
available that you should look into. And just because filtering can't
really do all you think it can, that's no reason not to seek out a
filtering solution that's well supported (read frequently
updated-remember, computer programs don't define porn; people do, so
choose a software package or service that employs human review for its
ongoing updates).
Frankly, though, if I were raising kids nowadays I think I'd be more
inclined towards a solution that emphasized monitoring and auditing more
than filtering. Woudn't the certain knowledge that someone else would
find out later on that you'd hit a pornsite deter you more than a filter
that you could probably easily jump without leaving evidence of the
fact? It would me.
Then again, they're your kids, and you know them better than anyone
else. Prevention, to the extent it's possible, might be the better
course if they're younger, while monitoring might keep teens honest-or
at least make them think twice, which is really all you can do when
they're that age.
I'm sure you'll get a lot of suggestions from the other posters here.
Best wishes and good luck.

Make a list with sites that they and you want/allow to be opened in IE, and
block all other sites - default deny approach.
Works well only in case that the kids do not actively search for porn; if
they are, nothing can stop them to find it.
