Speakers won't speak; can anybody help this "computer rookie?"
Posted by SP on January 6th, 2006

Hi, I'm writing from Houston, TX, where I just scored a "hand-me down"
computer. It's working like a charm, with the exception of the speakers.
They don't want to work. I've plugged them into each of the 3 inputs on the
back of the CPU, to no avail. They are made by Altec Lansing, if that helps
any.
I'd appreciate anybody's assistance.
Thanks in advance!
