- StandBy Issue

Whe ever I place my pc in standby mode, it imediately wakes, but as soon as
it does, it is frozen, the screen remains black, and the keyboard and mouse
recieve no power

but seriously, standy is great for laptops to conserve battery power, not so
useful for desktops.
