- Start menu programs
- Posted by Martin on October 14th, 2005
Click on Start, up pops the box! I've set it to show 8 icons/programs.
Recently every time i open a program it adds itself to the bottom of the
list. How can i stop this please?

Right-click an empty area in the Start menu and select Properties. In the
Start Menu tab, click Customize. Configuration options for the Programs list
are on the General tab. Set the "Number of programs on Start" to 0.
