Startup screen on too long

Startup screen on too long: Posted by Ferdy on October 27th, 2005; After reinstalling windows , and sp2 and lastest updates/hotfixes, the start
screen ( the windows xp with the blue digits going from left to right) is on
far too long. there are now 42 digits going from left to right before welcome
