- System Restore Problem

When I click on Start/Help and Support and place the cursor on 'System
Restore', the line becomes underlined, but when I click on it, nothing
happens. I've started and stopped System restore in the System Properties
and in the System Services to no avail. All other lines in Help and
Support work. What has happened to my system restore?

Hi Brian,
What happens when the following command is pasted into Start - Run then
press Enter?
%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

Running this command brings up the Welcome to System Restore screen. So why
does'nt the Help and Support screen bring this up as well?
