What is the Templates folder under Documents and Settings? Thanks.

Which one?
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Templates
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Templates
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Templates
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Templates
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates

[[When you right click and select the New menu, certain files can be created
automatically.]] These files are created from templates.

Some of these templates are stored here...
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Templates

C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates
is for MS Office application templates. Normal.dot is stored here if you
have MS Word. Normal.dot is a template that new Word docs are created from
if you do not have any custom made *.dot files.
