I have been trying to get the focus set so that it instantly switches. I have
it set correctly in the reg but it still doesn't do it.
I tried tweakui on several recommendations and it doesn't fix it either.
Everytime I open tweak it shows a flash count. Also since I tried tweak my
menus wont open for a long time. I did find where the adjustment is and the
test icon works fine but it doesn't change anything.
I restarted and rebooted trying all the different settings. Is there
something I'm missing?

What program/application are you referring to?

I'm sorry I was refering to the application focus settings. I want new
windows to open on top and be able to switch between them by just clicking
the task bar button once.
