- unable to install

I bought a new hp all in one printer and have been unable to install the
drivers. When I follow the troubleshooter I am informed the required inf
files cant be found. Following the hp tips to open explorer and click on the
plus sign beside inf i find no plus sign there so am unable to complete the
trouble shooter. Any help is appreciated
