When I plug in a new memory stick, windowXP will recognize the brand name of
this new memory stick, but it fails to install USB Mass Storage Driver for
this new memory stick. When it is installing USB Mass Storage Driver, the
computer will stay installing USB Mass Storage Driver forever with no HDD
light blinking. Under device manager, my new memory stick does not have a
driver assigned to it. When I click update driver from device manager, it
will recognize the brand name of the memory stick, but when it installs USB
Mass Storage Driver, it will install forever, the installation progress bar
never starts to show progress, and my HDD light is not blinking at all.
Similar problem happens in windows updates. I can download updates
automatically, or using IE's windows updates, but the updates can never been
installed. I also try to download each update and double click one of them.
After the agreement, the file starts checking my computer and installing
forever. Again, my HDD light is not blinking.
"Forever" means "overnight".

Please help!
