Does it happen with Internet Explorer too?
By the way, you're posting many hours in the future. Either
your clock is wrong or you have selected an incorrect time zone.

Compare the time stamp of your messages with the one from
all the other messages. You're way ahead of everyone else.
Whether your server's time is wrong or not we cannot tell -
it's your server!

Environment: AMD dual core 2 Gb ram, XP-Pro, Mozilla Firefox.
When loading pages from certain websites, the power supply closes down
unexpectedly. The power led flashes and the power button is ignored.
To resume, I have to pull the mains plug, wait a few seconds, then press the
button again.
This occured for the 1th time when I was looking for a frigde and happened
both with a web shop and the factory site, so they must have something in
common.

Is there any data on this phenomenon and how is it resolved?

Cornelis Koger

Actually, your clock might be correct but the time zone may be the
wrong one. Check the time zone setting.

My clock says 17:09 or 5:09 PM, which should be about correct, but I do also
notice time differences sometimes. Is this maybe a time stamp from a server?

the morning, while in fact it is the beginning of a hot summer evening here.

I tried IE7 and - hate to admit it - that works like a charm!
Time to write a complaint to Mozilla/Firefox.
Thanks for your assistance,
