- Why is it taking so long during buffering?
- Posted by PeterM on November 22nd, 2005
We had a new clip to watch from a company dinner. My computer took a long
time to buffer the event. It went from 0 to 100% many many times, over and
over again. What can I do to improve this? I use Windows XP Home with all
updates, and I have 1 gig of ram. Maybe some settings are not right. I also
use Windows Media player 10.00.3646. Many thanks for the help....Opa Peter

Just guessing now, but when was the last time you did a drive cleanup
and temporary internet file clean out?
