- Why are these dialog boxes different, Virus,Spyware?

Hi,
Can anyone tell my why these two dialog screens appear different? I'm using XP
Pro SP2 with all updates. These screen shots were taken while I was using IE. I
realize I was doing to different functions, saving a picture, and saving a web
page, but should this difference in and of itself cause this behavior?
I have NOT noticed this difference on any other programs (Yet). Any suggestions
on causes and repair would be greatly appreciated.

Those are the normal icons when you save a document and when you save a
picture.
I just checked. My XP system produces the same icons.
