- Win XP Pro English vs. English Base CD within MUI distribution
- Posted by kakii on October 14th, 2005
Well. I do know the differances between the localized versions
of the Win XP Pro and theirs equivalents contained within MUI.
See the Windows Resource Kit on the Web to get known these.
But what is the differance between Win XP Pro English and the
English Base Installation distrubuated with MUI please ?
In Europe if you buy MUI, you do not get the MUI pack only
but also the Win English Base Installation.
Do I can run the English Base Installation only ?
I need the language pack in two years after I move to
another country.
What language versions of the win updates do I need to
download and install if any MUI language is installed ?
I usually install the win updates manually.
MUI - multi language installation or similar
