Have a Dell PC with XP SP2. Tried t oDL and run WinDbg but I get a
message I have the wrong symbols. I DLd and installed
WindowsXP-KB835935-SP@-slp-symbols. What symbols file do I need>

That's a mail address. You need XP SP2 symbols.
If you have the XP SP2 Security Update CD (else see
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/*devto...ymbolpkg.m*spx
)

I meant to have a '2' instead of '@,' so the file should be
WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-slp-symbols.exe. size = 195m.
And if I don't have the security update CD, then what?
