Is there a way to determine if a system was upgraded from an earlier version
of Windows to Windows XP? I'm not sure that the fact that the Sysytem folder
is "WINNT" vs. "Windows" is a valid criterion. I'm hoping that there'll be
some file date that doesn't change from manufacturer to manufacturer or a
hidden log that won't disappear easily.
