I'm having trouble with popup windows in Windows XP. If I open a
program that contains popup windows, these close as I am moving the
cursor from the program icon or the icon in the task bar indicating
that the program has opened. Sometimes if I try three or four times
the window will remain open, sometimes not. Often, if I right click
before trying to make the move, the window will stay open. These are
not popups at Internet sites but normal windows in many programs. What
is causing the problem, and how can I fix it?
