- Windows Defender startup error.
- Posted by ΤΏΤ Mws on April 22nd, 2006
I can't seem to install Beta 2 of Windows Defender. The installation stops with
error 1920, (can not start windows defender service. Check to make sure you have
sufficient privileges to start the service). Hummm. All my other services start
and stop.
Anyways, I am the administrator, the only one using my Windows XP Pro Sp2
machine with all the latest updates installed. Virus scan and malware scans,
negative.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thx,
Moe
