- windows not boot need help!

Hi,
My windows XP not able to boot. I tried to boot it from boot cd but it still
not work. I keep show up the black screen with option .. safe mode,
normall,.... then I entered even one of them It still keep coming back the
same issue.
I also set up CD as the first boot but I do not know why It is not able to
boot from CD. Thank you very much for help.

If you have more than one Cdrom drive ,disable the first drive then try
booting the CD from the second drive.After booting into cd Enter Recovery
Console and perform CHKDSK /P after this enter FIXBOOT and restart the
computer.
