- Windows NT Messaging

Can anyone identify this program? I find it in Add/Remove Programs, and it
seems to me that it has only recently appeared there. I'd like to know if it
is a vital component of Windows XP.

Make a System Restore point and then uninstall the program. It isn't
part of XP.
