windows update keeps repeating this update

i have installed it 3 times already and its the exact same thing. i don't
want to turn off automatic updates but what can i do about it?

If you choose to manually install the security update from the Microsoft
Download Center, as described in the KB article, you may be presented
with an option to Remove. If so, use that option, reboot the system, and
then check to see if Msxml4.dll is still present in the system32 and
system32/dllcache subfolders. Delete any copies found.

Manually install the update again choosing the Install option.
Reboot.
Did that get it installed ?
