Windows XP search does not show file locations
Posted by LTL on February 21st, 2006

sp2, XP pro. When I search for a file it shows me the file with no location
or path which sort of defeats the purpose. I've been through all the search
options and can't find anything. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

In Window Explorer with the Search button selected select View,
Choose Details and check box before "In Folder".

Hope this helps.
