Internet Explorer periodically crashes when viewing Web Pages -

When I try and empty the Temporary Internet Files Folder from Internet
Options in Control Panel - I get the following error. (see attached file)

An exception occurred while trying to run

Options"

Any clues as to how to resolve this problem.
