please help. my ms word wont load when i click the program. i can open it
by going to 'Run' then type 'winword /a' -safe mode. But it wont open when i
directly click it from the program menu.

What happen to my ms office?

1) Open Word using your method that works currently
2) on Menu bar: Help, Detect & Repair

You will need your original CD to do this unless you are using Office
2003 and created a MSOCache on C:\ drive.

Do a file search for normal.dot. Delete all instances found. Then do
Run, Start, type in:

winword -a

and press Enter.

Exit Word then see if you can open it in the usual fashion.
