- WXP Home SP2 and Outlook2003 SP2

Each time I open Outlook the toolbars at top of window have "lost" some of
the buttons I have added.
Even drops whole toolbars ! Spend my time adding buttons via the
"customise" process only to find them missing when I open again.
Is there a process to lock the buttons in?
Thanks

Which version of Outlook do you use ? Later versions tend to use
the "Personalize" menu mode. Personally, I turn that off from the
View, Toolbars, Customize - "Always Show Full Menus", afterwards
position and load specific function icons I want to see. Those view
options should be sticky and remain on subsequent uses. I would
make sure your Office/Outlook is fully updated from Office Update.
If your version is pre-Office 2003 you might be requested to provide
the original CD media to update.

Sorry, missed the 2003 Sp2 in the subject line - other commentary
may still apply.
