I installed Microsoft Office as an administrator and it does not appear in
the other users screens. How do I make programs available for all users?

Right click the exe file --> Properties --> Security --> Advanced and then in
the Permissions menu, add the users you want to have access to the program.
To find the executable quickly, right click the Office shortcut --> "Find
Target".
