- xp crashes when downloading
- Posted by dNOfSPAMn on September 30th, 2005
Hi Group,
Just come back from trying to set up my neighbour's new computer.
Activated fine.
Internet working fine,
Emails working fine
Newsgroups working fine.
Yet when I try to update the Anti-Virus software the computer freezes.
I tried doing a windows update with the same result.
Tried doing a printer driver update same result.
Removed Anti-Virus and repeated above, same result.
Could anybody please advise me what might be causing this problem, and any
possible solutions.
Thanks in advance.
David.

desktop,or try downloading in the "open file" mode.Have you updated to
windows
