- XP Home Network Password

Can someone please let me know how I can save a network password on XP home?
I am trying to connect to my server and have to enter the password everytime.
I am sure that I used to get a little box which allowed me to save the
password (on the login window) but now when I enter my username and password
I don't get any prompt to save the password.
It's not a huge problem, its just annoying having to enter my password
everytime I try to access the server. Thanks.
