- Active Sync3.7.1 & "can't connect with LDAP....

Running HP1945 with above on single computer with outlook 2000.
Syncronization occurs but with every change I have to "OK" several error
statements of "can't contact LDAP server directory (81)" Can anyone
advise what changes need to be made.
