I used to use Activesync API to modify AS related registry keys on the
machine loaded with ActiveSync 3.8 and after installed AS 4 i found that my
API calls won't fail but also not doing anything.

Wondering if anyone has come across this problem? to be specific if i use
CeSvcOpen
to open the root key and then CeSvcGetString to get one registry key like
"InstalledDir" but now it returns empty string ""
