- Cable modem disconnects after sync

Recently my cable connection has started disconnecting occasionally after I
run ActiveSync (version 3.8.0). I have to turn the modem off and on to
reconnect. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi,
I don't see it with my cable modem. Is your modem connected by USB?
Perhaps there is a hardware problem in a hub?

I'm connected by an ethernet jack, not USB. The modem is a Toshiba PCX2200.
It might just be a problem with the modem, but it seems to only happen after
I sync - but not every time - especially when I leave my PDA connected for
awhile.
