- Can not download attachments

I've had a recent problem pop up. When a user on a phone running Windows
Mobile and Active Sync connecting to an Exchange 2003 SP2 server, users are
no longer able to download attachments.
When they select a file to download at next sync, and then perform a
synchornization, the file does not download and the download status goes away.
Any thoughts?
Also recent, and this may be unrelated, but this message started appearing
in my Application log on the server.
