I'm running activsynch 4.5.0 in Widows XP.
Activsynch > options > pocket_pc conversion properties > device to desktop
tab shows pocket_pc as the conversion file, but when I try to open a file,
Word opens, but remains empty.
Can anyone suggest my next move?

Hi,
With ActiveSync 4.x, Microsoft dropped all format for Pocket Word and Pocket
Excel file formats. You need to open the documents on the device and save
them into .DOC and .XLS in order to open them on your desktop.
