I have a dell axim running 2003. The sync works fine from
the cradle. The problem begins when you try and sync
wirelessly. I can browse the internet and connect to OWA
just fine. The sync when initiated via the wireless fails
with an http 500 error on the device and a 'propfind 401'
on the email server w3svc logs. The exchange server is
2000 exchange and 2000 OS. Any help?

additional information:

When running nextag util it is report on the front end
server that a 401 access denied is being received from the
backend server and transferred to the client as an http
500 error. does anyone know what the permissions on the
backend have to be set to and where?
