- Error whilst syncing with activesync 4.2

I have a mysterious problem which I'm struggling to solve.
The user is connecting his ipaq and during sync the following error occurs:
The instruction at "0x028b420e" referenced memory at "0x0224749a". The
memory could not be read.
He get's this error on his laptop and on the desktop.
Any ideas would be most appreciated

Hi,
Does this error occur while synchronizing a particular information type like
Inbox, Files etc...? You could start by disabling all the information types
and then check which one is causing it by checking it one at a time.
